Engine load positioner for workshop cranes that lets you lift heavy engines and gearboxes safely and align them with millimetre precision. A stepless worm drive, turned by a hand crank, shifts the centre of gravity to the desired angle, while the solid steel construction and four chains with safety hooks handle loads of up to approx. 900 kg.

To use it, hang the upper eye on the crane's load hook and check the locking bolt, attach the four chains in pairs to the lifting points, close the hooks and align the chains centrally beneath the spindle. Then lift carefully with the chains taut and turn the crank until the load sits at the angle you need. Made from Q235 steel and plastic in red and silver, the positioner weighs approx. 5.5 kg and measures approx. 50 x 55 x 6 cm (H x W x D). It arrives partly pre-assembled with instructions in German, English and French. Make every engine installation safer and more precise.
