Pairing a 200 W vibration platform with a five-band resistance set, this pack lets you train the whole body at home. Choose from 99 intensity levels and 5 programmes on the remote control, then add progressive resistance from 4.5 kg (10 lb) up to 22.5 kg (50 lb) with the elastic bands.

The platform measures approx. 54 x 12 x 32 cm and connects with a Type F plug and 150 cm cable (200 W, 100-240 V, 50-60 Hz), while the remote runs on 2 x AAA batteries, not included. Keep fingers away from the gap between base and platform, get on and off only when it has stopped, and keep it away from water and wet hands. Children must be supervised. Build strength at your own pace, moving up one band at a time as you progress.
