Weight vest plates add adjustable resistance to help you build strength, endurance, and workout intensity without changing your routine. This pair includes two 8.75 lb contoured steel plates designed to sit comfortably in many weighted vests for running, WOD-style training, hiking, and bodyweight work. Rounded corners and smooth edges reduce snagging and improve handling during fast gear swaps.

Use these plates to add challenge to pull-ups, push-ups, rucks, stair climbs, runs, and circuit workouts—without juggling dumbbells or kettlebells. The slim, ergonomic shape is built for movement-focused sessions where comfort and stability matter. Keep a set ready for quick load changes between intervals or training days. If you’re upgrading your weighted vest setup for heavier workouts and measurable progression, grab yours today.
